To make this innovative project a success we had to develop an MVP in 4 months and create business value. After that we implemented this platform into four countries while still improving and developing the platform. The platform needed to be able to process many different data sources per country and deliver high performance on optimization algorithms.
With Journeys, Kinetic has been able to create a competitive advantage that increased margin and volume of media spend by reducing the internal workload and optimizing their strategical buying.
The Data Factory is Equans Azure native data and analytics platform that enables them to collect IoT data from all their infrastructural and EV mobility assets. To measure, analyse and optimize the performance of the services they provide to their clients.
To make this greenfield project successful we had to manage a high development velocity versus slow corporate processes, including stakeholder management on multiple subprojects. The platform needed to be able to process high data volumes (event and IoT) with focus on scalability and reusability of the technology.
By accelerating Equans data driven strategy they have been able to win multiple tenders because of their competitive data advantage. On an international level we build a fully compliant and very cost-efficient data platform. With more than two years of experience we mastered a young new data domain, EV data (OCPI).
DVJ’s data platform enables them to collect, analyze and present the marketing research data to their clients. By using an extensive PowerBI reporting environment to support multiple clients with different reporting needs.
To make this migration, from legacy systems to new Azure native data platform, successful it was important to process real-time data as well big volumes of historical data. Because of the high implementation velocity, the clients have not been affected by the migration.
