Introduction

Rockdata applies the NLdigital Voorwaarden 2025 (NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025) to all its services and agreements. These are the standard terms and conditions for the Dutch digital sector, deposited with the court of Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht.

The NLdigital Voorwaarden 2025 are comprehensive terms and conditions that cover all aspects of our service delivery, including but not limited to:

Applicability

These terms apply to all offers and agreements where Rockdata provides services to clients. Any deviating terms from the client are explicitly rejected unless agreed upon in writing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in euros, exclusive of VAT and other government-imposed levies. Payment terms are as specified in individual agreements or invoices. Late payments are subject to statutory commercial interest.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on deliverables remain with Rockdata, its licensors, or suppliers unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Clients receive non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights as specified in agreements.

Confidentiality

Both parties ensure that all confidential information received from the other party remains secret. This obligation does not apply when disclosure is required by law or court order.

Liability

Liability is limited as specified in the NLdigital Voorwaarden 2025. We recommend reviewing the full document for detailed liability provisions applicable to our services.

Governing Law

All agreements between Rockdata and its clients are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
